Why not both?
Obviously English is the go-to on an internationally accessible site 'that is itself in English'. But if you know Spanish you could just put the English text in the top and the Spanish one in the bottom of posts.
Same goes for Russian, btw. ;)

Yeah, go for both. I see quite a few users using both Spanish and English on this site.
